The Demisexual Flag is a symbol of pride and support for people who identify as demisexual or who support the community. This flag is also known as the Demisexual Flag and represents demisexual pride, linked to the English word “greysexual”.
Meaning of the Demisexual Flag
The Demisexual Flag is made up of four colors that have specific meaning: black for asexuality, gray for demisexuality, white for sexuality and purple/mauve to signify membership in the community.
- Black represents asexuality, non-sexual orientation.
- Gray represents demi-sexuality, also known as “gray ace”.
- White represents sexuality, the ability to experience sexual feelings.
- Purple/mauve represents membership in the LGBT community.
